At In Vogue Skin & Beauty Salon in Blackrock, Dublin we offer professional waxing using Waxperts Wax. The smooth skin effect can last for up to one month, depending on your hair growth which is very individual for everyone. The treatment is safe for pregnant women; however, they have to be aware of the fact that the skin may be a bit more sensitive. We also offer facial and body waxing, including back, arms, bikini, and other body parts. The treatment is done by qualified beauty professionals, in comfortable conditions, to make the whole experience as pleasant as possible.

A 24 hour patch test must be carried out before all waxing treatments unless waxed in last 6 months with us.

Does waxing hurt?
Because hairs are removed a long with their roots the treatment isn’t completely painless- or at least not the first time.
How long does the waxing result last?
That depends on the hair removal method you have been using up until now. It can last up to a month. Ultimately, however, your rate of hair growth is the determining factor.
How long do my hairs have to be to get waxed?
Your hair's have to be at least 1cm to ensure a clean wax. If the hairs are any shorter than that the wax may not be able to grip them.
Can I still wax when I’m pregnant?
Yes, you can still get waxing done when you’re pregnant, however your skin might feel a little bit more sensitive in certain areas.
Can I wax if I’m sunburnt?
It is recommended not to wax over a sunburnt area and to wait for the skin to fully recover before getting waxed.
